Returns
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any used or opened items. However, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re happy to make it right.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
How to Request a Return:
- Email us at pelinosass@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product (if damaged, defective or incorrect)
- A brief description of the issue
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at pelinosass@gmail.com
