• We sell handmade soaps, candles, and related bath and skincare products.

• We make every effort to display products accurately, but we cannot guarantee exact color or scent representation due to screen and sensory differences.

3. Orders and Payments

• All prices are listed in US Dollar (USD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are processed within 3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.
• Shipping fees and delivery estimates are provided at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other unforeseen issues.
• Please note that we do not make or ship Whipped Body Butter from 15 April – 15 September due to the heat of the summer months as products will melt.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at pelinosass@gmail.com or www.pelinossoaps.com/contact
• Eligible refunds or replacements are processed at our discretion.
